Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship to Canada and Australia. If you live in Canada or Australia and would like to purchase an item, please email me first so that I can tell you what the shipping cost will be.
Do you provide shipping discounts for multiple items purchased?
Yes, but I will need to look at the purchased items in order to make a determination of what can be reasonably deducted from the shipping costs. I might not be able to provide a discount for multiple large orders, but I will try my best. Please email me indicating that you would like to receive a shipping discount and I will send you an updated invoice.
Do you offer free local pick-up of items?
Yes, if you live in San Francisco and would like to arrange a pick up time and meeting location, please email me. The transaction must occur in the morning or early afternoon only, and the meeting location must be a public space.
Are your items always in stock?
The items I have currently listed for sale are in stock. However, I also list the same items on different sites, which brings up the possibility that a recently purchased item from a buyer on another site could still be listed as in stock in my eCRATER shop. When I receive notification of a sale from another site, I immediately take down the item's listing on eCRATER. If an out of stock item does become bought and paid for, I will contact you and process a complete refund. I try my best to keep the inventory list as up-to-date as possible.
